For promoting the recycling of textile resources, this project continued to setup the baseline data for the manufacturing of textiles and waste treatment in Taiwan through the material flow analysis, and visited 15 textile manufacturers on site to verify the textile waste cleaning situation. In the review of management system, this project interviewed five used clothes collectors and five second-hand clothes dealers to understand the business problems of the operators, and proposed improvement plan, and collected and analyzed the international secondary textile material management system for drafting the improvement management in Taiwan. In promoting the recycling of textile waste, in addition to propose the feasibility measures for related government departments and held discussion meeting, this project also referred to the foreign experience of promoting green agreements to guide the domestic textile industry to organize the alliance of textile circular economy.
